Project Details
Hsu Yu-ting, Wang Li-ching, Li Hsin-yu, and Chen Li-hsiang from Masay Elementary School come from different backgrounds, yet they all live out their daily lives on this very land. To them, Masay is both familiar and foreign, filled with questions yearning for answers.
Guided by local history and cultural expert Teacher Huang Yi-shu, the children strolled through streets and alleys, trekked along ancient trails, and traversed historical settlements, rediscovering Masay through its toponyms and remnants. They came to realize that Masay is not merely a location on a map, but a place where life and memory intertwine. Together, they discovered that getting to know one's hometown truly begins with taking one step at a time.
